During onboarding you'll add your first child's name and date of birth. From Family, send an invite to a co-parent's email address, or share the pairing link or code directly. Your two accounts are linked once they accept. Add more children any time from Account.
Chapters uses a magic link sent to your email, or Google or Apple sign-in. There is no password. If a magic link doesn't arrive, check spam, make sure the address is spelled the way you registered it, and request a new one, older links expire.
Each week the app asks a new prompt for the family to answer together. From Letters, you can also seal a letter to a child that unlocks on a birthday you choose, for them to read when they're older.
Open a child's Chapters tab and use the keepsake export to send a PDF of their stories, or the whole family diary, to any email address, including your own.
Chapters Premium is billed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel it, open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. One subscription covers the whole family. For refund requests use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open Account and choose to delete your account. This is immediate and irreversible: it removes your login and your family's data, including your children's information and photos.
Turn off reminders in the App, or manage Chapters' notification permission from your device's Settings → Notifications.
