These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LoveLog (the "App"), provided by Backslash d.o.o., a company registered in Zagreb, Croatia ("Backslash," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
LoveLog is a private shared space for two people in a relationship to save memories, photos, daily-question answers, calendar events, and letters together. It is a personal, non-commercial tool, not a social network or a public platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement. Each account is personal, and you can belong to one relationship at a time. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and sign-in secure.
The App is free to use. The free plan keeps up to 5 photos per memory and 3 sealed letters at once. LoveLog Premium removes those limits and adds extra themes, a monthly streak repair, and the Our Year keepsake export.
Premium is a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, offered monthly or annually, with the annual plan discounted against twelve months. Current prices are shown in the App before you buy. One subscription covers both people in the relationship, so only one of you needs to pay. Subscriptions renew automatically and are managed entirely through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
All purchases are processed by Apple, and only Apple can issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request one, use reportaproblem.apple.com or Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your device.
Everything you add, photos, memories, answers, and letters, belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it. Content added to the shared relationship is visible to the other person in it. You can export a backup or delete your account at any time from the App.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, without a refund.
We may change or discontinue features over time. If we ever need to shut the service down, we'll give at least 30 days notice by email and keep the backup export working throughout the notice period. Any refund for an unused portion of a subscription would be requested from Apple, per the Refunds section above.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backslash d.o.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of content. We recommend exporting a backup regularly. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Croatian or EU law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without applying its conflict of law rules, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in the country where you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll notify users by email before they take effect, and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated Terms.
